I was wondering why I dropped this series and I think i’m beginning to see why. The power system is fine. The world is fine. But the characters are poor.
The MC, specifically. While I can buy him getting stronger, the growth when learning from the Centurion felt a lot better than everyone else. He’s learning everything too quick that it’s affecting the story as of Chapter 20.
Will continue a bit longer but I might end up dropping it again.
