There are so many ways to make them trust him and he says he isnt a babarian. If he doesnt explain his reincanation in the next chapter Ill stop reading. How stupid is that.
Why would he think that him telling them he’s reincarnated make them trust him? they’ll just look at him like he’s insane. besides its much more logical to just lie to them and gain their temporary trust this way.
Nothing he says will wipe away hundreds of years of prejudice against barbarians.
If you were traveling on the run and the only guard you could afford is someone you did not trust because they are known to be violent crazed murders who find pleasure and joy in slaughter and pillaging, you would obviously not trust them, and if they then told you “Dont worry i’m not that person, i’m someone from another world reincarnated in this body” would you believe them or would you think that they are completely insane.
