since his spirit basically refills as soon as he uses it due to the crystals he picked up clear back when he took out the soul king and queen in the other trial plains area and his Title which reduces the costs of all of his spells by half he can basically replace all of his losses in very little time now compared to at the beginning where he needed Days to replace his losses due to his Spirit regeneration being Low at the time compared to now where he basically never runs out .
i also forgot he has also gained new talents since then which make him share not only his LIFE with his summons but also his Spirit pool meaning when his Stats say he has 100k+ spirit he really has more like 1 million plus spirit to play around with .
