Its a little strange that her bladder issue is commonly reoccurring in the story but I don’t think the author has been perverted about it. Health problems you can’t control are a real issue for many people.
It was literally explained in the previous chapter why it’s happening to her. She has an innate water related superpower but only found that out recently because of the MC and haven’t learned to control it. You be calling it weird if she was fire attribute and kept busting flames.
