honestly mask has a point with what he’s trying to convey but Saitama simply doesnt care that much about that part of being a hero.
they’er both 2 halves of the perfect hero, Mask has the desire to become that paragon of hope and bastion against evil for the innocents but he lacks both the power and the soundness of character to do it. Saitama has the power and dedication to justice but lacks any interest in intentionally billing himself as the world’s hero.
if you dont like the way Saitama saves the day then you co likely pound sand for all Saitama cares because it’s mainly about doing good, not being recognized… even if he likes recognition
