this ‘neo hero association’ is emphasizing a lot on the recruitment of heroes, so potentially they might be after some sort of sacrificial ritual or perhaps mind controlling them into destroying the country……there’s also the slim chance that they’re ACTUALLY have good intentions but i doubt it
