I think the other towers have a farmer but for white tower I think farmer there was killed or doesn’t have the skill of farming, That’s why the white tower is ordering Greed to destroying the black tower
that’s just my theory
probably not tower’s farmers dont seem to be absolutely necessary or else black tower would have one long ago unless it was fault of aileen or tower manager dont chose farmer but tower by trowing them on 99
