The trolls are hiding all over the place, but they still have habits and patterns that the other trappers can handle, territories that they can cull and slowly work out.
But if they are hunting them like this, then the trolls might actually leave town and attack other areas, or even invade other trolls’ territories in other cities and make those trappers over there have difficulties in the irregular attack patterns of trolls and get overrun.

It is understandable that they are getting emotional here, but this is gonna take a long time to recover from..
