Hm, so he used nothing but water to throw his opponent off, using only blood as a last measure in order to get in a surprise attack if he ever needed to. He got some good moves and is quite versatile in fighting, but that is all, he lack the strength to land a decisive blow.
And ice is quite fragile, unless he adds a bigger mass, so making bladed weapons with ice is just throwing his ice away really.

But I’m not sure if he even know what to do if he were to ever lose his weapons, he is lacking a decisive triumph card.
