Is this a translation error or something? The armies didn’t cross the border, they were on both sides, waiting for Cain to kill him.
And in the last chapter the king himself was screaming war, and now he doesn’t want any wars to begin with? And their soldiers had all of a sudden crossed the border. Are there any witnesses? Cain cleaned this up so fast that there is barely any evidence.
Or do they mean that time when the royal guard, on impulse, crossed the border to arrest the other side as well? They would have a legal reason to do so since that side was attacking the students and their adventure-guards.
